Returns
Code-2 Return Policy:
All returns must first be approved by a Code-2 representative, please contact customerservice@code-2.com for further assistance upon reviewing the below listed criteria:
Defective Product Return:
Code-2 provides a 30-day warranty on all purchased products. If you identify a product defect, contact CustomerService@Code-2.com for instructions. Code-2 will cover the return shipping cost on any defective product.
Sizing Error / Purchase Error:
In the event that the customer purchases the wrong product and / or purchases the wrong size, they may return the product to Code-2 so long as the product remains in new condition (unworn, tags still in place, all packaging intact). These returns will be shipped back to Code-2 at the customers expense.
Customized Items:
With the exception of product defect, items that have been customized are ineligible for return. This includes:
- Badges
- Embellished items (Embroidery, Vinyl, Patch / Velcro placement ect.)
- Custom Shields
